Aniruddha Godbole, a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, served as ‘Second in Command’ to the Late Founder for
23 years up to 2017.
With an additional certification of Shipping Course from Galbraith’s UK, Aniruddha is presently leading
the MMS Group as Managing Director.
With hands-on shipboard experience early in his career, Aniruddha acquired expertise in troubleshooting
complex technical issues
related to main propulsion systems and marine boilers onboard the ships. His expertise lies in developing
multi-skilled marine technicians and managing Flying Squads to enhance shipboard operations. Since 2017,
Aniruddha is heading the shipyard management, and is actively involved in construction of various types
of coastal vessels.
Being the son of the Founder, Aniruddha continues the legacy of Late Suresh Godbole, by
focusing on growth, innovation,
and ethical leadership.
DR. SAGARIKA VIVEK DAMLE
Executive Director, MMS Group, India
Dr. Sagarika Damle, mentored by her father, the Founder of MMS Group, holds a Ph.D degree in Plant
sciences from University of Mumbai and a Business Management degree from Welingkar Institute of
Management,
Mumbai. As a Professor and mentor, she excels in training, skilling, and team building. Since rejoining
the
MMS Group, she has been instrumental in guiding HR and Administrative activities.
CAPT. SUDHEER S. NAPHADE
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), MMS Group, India
With a robust seagoing career and British qualifications, Capt. Sudheer Naphade has 13 years of experience
on modern tankers
and bulk carriers, complemented by significant expertise in superintending, ship repairs, and dry
dockings. He, as Nautical
Advisor to Government of India, led the Indian Maritime Safety Administration, managing STCW
implementation, ship accident
investigations, and regulatory ship surveys. Capt. Naphade was Chief Examiner of Masters and Mates of
Indian Government for
over a decade. This followed Capt. Naphade’s appointment as Chief Marine Surveyor of Caymen Islands
Shipping Registry of British Vessels of Class One under British Merchant Shipping Act, on deputation to Government of UK.
As CEO, Capt. Naphade leads the technical team with a strong emphasis on quality management.
MR. SALIL OLTIKAR
Chief Finance Officer (CFO), MMS Group, India
Salil Oltikar, a Finance and Accounting expert with over 20 years of experience at top management levels,
specializes in taxation, finance, law, treasury, and regulatory compliance. A Chartered Accountant with
multiple
certifications, including Cybersecurity Audit (ISACA) and Finance (CISI, GARP, CFA Institute).
As CFO, he ensures financial and regulatory excellence within the MMS Group.
DR. VIVEK DAMLE

Dr. Vivek Damle is a distinguished entrepreneur and industry leader, heading a team of over 400 software engineers who develop innovative technology interfaces for retailers across the globe. He serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of SkillNet Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a company renowned for its successful collaborations with prestigious global brands in the IT industry. In addition to his achievements in technology, Dr. Damle is deeply committed to the advancement of Indian agriculture. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Savida AgriCom Pvt. Ltd., an enterprise focused on the wellbeing and sustainability of the Indian agricultural sector.
As an Advisor to MMS Group, he has provided the technical knowledge quotient of software technology for Maritime operations.
